Let’s begin by taking a deep breath…

Hello! I’m Kennedy—a composer, musician, and sound researcher dedicated to the art of mindful listening. My work spans a diverse array of genres, all unified by a single mission: to cultivate gratitude and deep appreciation through self-expression.

In our sessions, we go beyond the sheet music. We engage all the senses to develop the technical and emotional skills necessary to truly experience music, whether you are playing or listening. My approach is holistic, centering on breathwork, self-awareness, and the fascinating field of ecoacoustics (soundscape ecology).

A typical lesson is a balance of discipline and discovery. We begin by setting intentions, followed by improvisation, the exploration of both traditional and contemporary practices, and—most importantly—plenty of laughter. While we will dive deep into the essential foundations of your instrument, we do so in an environment that is patient, encouraging, and tailored to your unique goals.
